Bethany Leger
Bethany Leger was raised as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She left the Organization in 2017 and has been shunned by her devout family ever since. She is the creator of the YouTube channel Stop the Shunning, and the author of several books including, "Physically In, Mentally Out: Navigating Your Exit from Watchtower", and "Burning Down the House: Coping with Toxic Family Dynamics, Estrangement, and Rebuilding Your Life". She has her BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. She lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
